You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are fully enabled. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 555p Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. 555p employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances reviewed or forfeited.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP). 555p will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 555p support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 Account Currency. 555p accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, stakes, winnings, and bonuses are expressed in PKR unless otherwise stated. 555p is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting any currency conversion you conduct outside the Platform.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 555p may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as set out in the Platform's fee schedule. 9.3 555p's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.3 Termination by 555p. 555p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent activity is suspected; KYC requirements are not satisfied; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk. In cases of account closure due to breach, 555p may retain balances pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555p is incorporated as an international online gaming platform.
